I’ve received two of those tickets. I think it cost me $341 in San Diego. I think it takes a month for you to receive it, just like any other ticket. The time is probably on it, but I’m not sure. Why are you worried about the time, though? I really **** those tickets. I’ve always wanted to go in the middle of the night deface one of them.

Yes, the date and time are stamped on the ticket. The fines differ. They arrive in the mail usually after two weeks, so if after that time you don’t receive anything, maybe you won’t.
