spy cameras on ebay any good? the ones that are $30-40?

I want to buy a spy camera because there is a kid who keeps kicking our fence in by the garage. I think I know who it is but want proof to give to the police. The fence is broken but the police don’t really do anything. how are the cameras on ebay?? are they any good? The ones that are $30-$40??

Any other suggestions to catch this guy, let me know

    you don’t even need a camera! I had a kid on my street who habitually stole bricks that lined my flower bed. What you should do is go to a value store like Salvation Army, or Value Village and buy one of the old, huge 1990′s cameras that printed directly to VHS, $5 tops. Then put it OUTSIDE in an obvious place, but out of reach to your average kid, maybe hanging from your roof awning – the kid will see it and stop, or you can do a double whammy and put the camera ground level and have a regular cam corder watching from the house, if the kid damages the fence or steals camera #1 you have proof of theft / damage of property

    -Im sorry for not answering your question, if your set on catching the kids, go to walmart or another electronics store and buy a small handicam videocamera for about 50 bucks and just video from in the house, that way you get to keep your camera for later =D
