No.  There are several companies that give a free alarm system but you pay the monthly fee.  You can&#039;t expect the people that buy your house to agree to pay off the contract that is under your name...you are responsible for that.</description>

Most RE purchase contracts have a section that deals with security systems or satellite dishes.  Since they are relatively inexpensive, I&#039;d leave the system in place as a selling point, and the new owners can assume the remaining terms of the contract.  Check with the security company about how this is accomplished, some charge a ridiculous fee to transfer service to a new owner.</description>

If it is wired or attached to the house, you CANNOT take it with you...it is part of the real estate.

This is the same issue for satallite dishes.

nah...you should get a new one wherever you move to...
plus you&#039;ll get charged for moving so whats the point in paying extra..??
