		<description>Wal Mart has a variety of systems, the problem is they all run in real time with your VCR.  You either need a VCR that records frame by frame or you need a Camcorder that either turns on (with a sensor) when something moves (Panasonic had a VHS-C that did that four years ago) or a camcorder that does timelaps (like a Sony HC26 which has an intervolometer).</description>
