Tell them to wear some clothes. If you are really worried about this, talk to your neighbor. I'm sure they would not object to letting you see just exactly what the camera is recording. If you're ashamed to go outside and be seen by a camera, you should keep in mind that people walking by see the same things and only people will be looking at the video.
