    Other than ebay well your screwed.
    Ebay has alot of protection and is the best choice.

    Or you can advertise it in a local paper.
    It will cost you tho but just as good.

    Good free sites that you can put up a classified add to sell your stuff is and also. At The Ad Cloud you can pick multiple cities to post your ad to. Both these options are free.
