I have a home alarm system in my new home, but its not online to any service?

What is the best home alarn service company to use?
The inhouse security panel is DSC and the installer was Ranger america of texas

    ADT, but I don’t know if that’s in every state.

    ADT used to be the best but have really gotten bad over the last few years. I think that Brinks is doing a really good job in monitoring systems. If they are available in your area they would be worth getting a quote from.

    Then they may have not installed it correctly. Call them immediately.
    A home alarm system is just an expensive noise tool without on-line services..

    There are so many to choose from Brinks, ADT, etc. You should be comfortable with the local company that will be one servicing it. Since the system is in there all ready do not pay the $30+ in monitoring…that pricing includes paying for the system over the 3 year contract they hold you to for your “free” system. You should be paying in the low 20′s for just monitoring.

    A “little” guy home theater/security company will be able to do that for you.

    It also matters what type of panel you have. There are only a few…but the company you choose will have to know who to program it.

    For what country? I suggest you phone up the Customer Services of the manufacturing company and ask them how you go about connecting to a Security Firm or if they have a list of recommended ones they can give you. Or do a search on the Web in your area to see if there are any Security companies advertising near you and call them to find out a quote for their services.
