How do you strengthen the signal for a wireless spy camera, it is upstairs and the reciever is downstairs?

overkill96 asked:

The distance between the two is about 75 feet, going through the second story floor and various walls. Something keeps interfering with the signal and drains the 9-volt battery down.

Stop running it on batteries and use a AC to 9 volt adapter.

if there is a dryer or washer in between the camera and the computer it will interfere with the signal it happened to my laptop before

I don’t think it is an interference issue just a supply one. You will need a better supply than a 9V to get more than a few hours of transmission.

Walls with wiring, pipes, and other things in the wall can cause interferon’s so you might want to try finding a place were you can put the camera closer to the receiver.
