Did the IRS confirm that your home is actually used for business? No? then the answer is No.

Generally, not for cameras for the home where you live.

If you use part of your home regularly and exclusively for business, then you MAY (or may not) be eligible for claim a deduction for a part of the certain costs of your home, such as rent, depreciation, electricity, etc.

If the cameras are for a property that you own and lease to someone else (in return for taxable rent payments), then you could deduct it. But if you are illegally failing to report the rent payments that you receive, then claiming a deduction would alert the IRS that you own the rental property…

Do you use the cameras as a necessary part of business use of your home? Then, yes. A percentage can be used.
